Get IN[TENSE] – Speeding up your Editing pt. 1

“Following Jones’ system of editing, I’ve cut my edited time by at least 10-15 hours per project and feel much better about the work I’m producing. It now has a story, substance, and a life, and I do too!”Meghan Simone, New Hampshire

Greetings Video Professionals the world wide over.

In the coming months, I am going to be on tour to share how studios can speed up your editing to reduce your backlog so you can do more with your business and your life.

Before I come to a town near you, I’m releasing 3 time saving tips on the habits we need to employ before we jump into our super efficient workflows.  Today’s tip has to do with making Parkinson’s Law work for you.  I first learned about this concept from the book, The Four Hour Work Week, which I highly recommend.
You’ll be surprised how much setting a timer can speed you up!  Give it a try, and let me know in the comments below how it is working for you.
