FilmFellas, Premiering Soon!!!

Can I just tell you how excited I am to finally see the launch of FilmFellas, Wedding Filmmakers edition this week, Wednesday August 5th? 

Cast IV (which will actually be wedding filmmakers cast 1 – just think of it like Star Wars) features IN[FOCUS] 2010 presenter Joe Simon, and Cast V (poster below) features presenters Patrick Moreau and Ron Dawson.  You can watch the episodes here, and we will be posting them to our blog as well.

So why are our counterparts getting to be featured alongside corporate, commercial, web, and feature filmmakers?  Well…because they’re filmmakers, plain and simple!  And, as a part of his filmmaking journey, Steve Weiss, founder of Zacuto, spent a few years in the early 80′s shooting weddings with VCR technology, so he has a soft spot for those of us who pursue this with passion today.
