Matt, Thanks again! I've already begun to use these question and am very pleased with the outcome. They have not only sparked ideas for me, but have gotten my clients thinking differently about a wedding film instead of the usual how much?

Thank Again! Russ

Matt, great post. I liked how you stressed to describe packages emotionally. It reminds me of how we should talk with clients and not at them.

I am curious if you have any thoughts on those with smaller studios (ie. husband and wife only) and who should handle the sales. If say the wife has better phone "skills", should she take most of the calls or do you think it is better for both to handle an equal amount of calls. Not speaking from experience or anything!

Matt I could not agree with you more. Questions show you care about your customer and that you are providing them with not only a product but a solution. I look foward to your blogposts...brooke
